Our professional food service staff, headed by Chef Steve Herrmann, former executive chef at James Madison University, specializes in delicious, satisfying, well-balanced meals. Breakfasts always include a hot item option, such as eggs and bacon, pancakes and syrup, biscuits and gravy, waffles and sausages, French Toast, and more! Also included are cereals, fruit, hot beverages, milk and juice. For lunch and dinner, a main entrée is served along with vegetables, fruit, beverages and dessert. A salad bar, and vegetarian options are available.
